Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Black Rose 1979's Gerardo Hitz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 8th minute Waldemar Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waldemar Matorin got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waldemar Matorin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 13th minute, Gerardo Hitz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. If Gerardo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Gerardo Hitz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Hitz in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waldemar Matorins short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 33rd play minutes Gerardo Hitz shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. If Davor Šuker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute, Davor Šuker reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 5-0. After having played for 45 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Enzo-Nicolás Pérez scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerardo Hitz made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Waldemar Matorin. But to his dismay, Waldemar Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Hitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Enzo-Nicolás Pérez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davor Šuker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Matorin came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Davor Šuker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Davor Šuker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Hitz in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute Gerardo Hitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Gerardo Hitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davor Šuker in the 77th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Gerardo Hitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 81 minutes, Gerardo Hitz made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Gerardo Hitz. But to his dismay, Gerardo Hitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. With a little luck, Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerardo Hitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Black Rose 1979 had played much better football throughout.
