Jozef Koščo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Kent Vinström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastián Sobera kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rudolf Pisarčík made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Matúš Chriašteľ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Uruguay booed when FC Dlha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jozef Koščo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Beldad hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the game, FC Dlha's Luís Diaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Rudolf Pisarčík to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. A well-hit corner resulted in Arturo Carvallo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Rudolf Pisarčík showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 83rd minute of the match. A hard shot 86 in the game by Luís Diaz from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Uruguay fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Dlha had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
