An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyler Notley in the 4th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute, Tyler Notley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Jaime Pardo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Arias having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Tyler Notley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Profecías de Parravicini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tyler Notley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Profecías de Parravicini's Pastor Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Profecías de Parravicini from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, Santo Chuan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Profecías de Parravicini's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. After a rather tough play, Profecías de Parravicini's Santo Chuan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. When Profecías de Parravicini's Tyler Notley in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 41st minute, Tyler Notley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Jaime Pardo made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 56th minute of play forced Profecías de Parravicini's goalkeeper Pastor Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Pastor Arias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Profecías de Parravicini's zone, Hector Covarrubias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Arias came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lorenzo Rozarius might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Rozarius ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the match, Profecías de Parravicini's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Covarrubias came free, but Pastor Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Hector Covarrubias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyler Notley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paraguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vicente Bastia was slow to take the kick. During this time Profecías de Parravicini's players had a chance to rest. 78 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Pastor Arias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Freddy Bartoleme was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Freddy Bartoleme kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Pastor Arias came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Paraguay's Jaime Pardo in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Profecías de Parravicini's goalie prevented a goal. Paraguay's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
