Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 方桑正 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Bonk saved 福建宁德活塞队 from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 方桑正s short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 24th minute, 柯默渊 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The audience was convinced that 柯默渊's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when 方桑正 tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the game 康云光 made a throw-in which 彭挺远 played forward. In the 52nd match minute, 福建宁德活塞队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lajos Tulipán to maneuver through the defense. Fred Bonk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Bonk made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. 方桑正 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 方桑正 in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 65 minutes into the game, 福建宁德活塞队's 柯默渊 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 71 minutes into the game, 方桑正 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, 麦鹰广 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, 福建宁德活塞队's 柯默渊 got a free kick in the 80th minute. 6-0 became the score in the 84th minute when 柯默渊 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fred Bonk made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by 方桑正 in the 91st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 方桑正, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. 福建宁德活塞队 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
