With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 9th minute of play. Uriel Cordearo might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uriel Cordearo ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Nofre in the 15th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Cordearo in the 16th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 柳平鹏, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Nofre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dalmacio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 22nd minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Pastor Nofre sent off a good shot on target. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute Uriel Cordearo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 46th minute of play forced Tello AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 49th minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Axel Montenegro went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Axel Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dalmacio Pello quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uriel Cordearo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abram Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Tello AFC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Nofre might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Nofre ran back to his position shaking his head. Tello AFC's Pastor Nofre got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Tello AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. 柳平鹏 hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Cordearo in the 65th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Cordearo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute.
