Augusto Saldanha ran back to his position shaking his head. 13 minutes into the match, Modroñes's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Saldanha came free, but Celso Tavera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Augusto Saldanha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gracie Barra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The wind increased when Babür Mertoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Falcão Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serbülent Tokuş in the 51st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Saldanha got free with Celso Tavera in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 56 played minutes Modroñes got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Ali Ünlüsoy. In the 57th minute of the match Şamil Sağman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Tavera skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serbülent Tokuş in the 59th minute of play forced Gracie Barra's goalkeeper Falcão Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Saldanha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celso Tavera having to make a save. Celso Tavera made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Augusto Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Modroñes defense, Jago Štriker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Tavera. The Modroñes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Tavera should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute Pedro Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Tavera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paz Ceberiche in the 81st minute of play forced Gracie Barra's goalkeeper Falcão Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Babür Mertoğlu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Falcão Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celso Tavera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ke Feng Zhen in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Jago Štriker dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celso Tavera, 0-5. Falcão Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Babür Mertoğlu went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. The Gracie Barra supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gracie Barra would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
