After a rather tough play, Modroñes's Fortunato Taviel got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 42 played minutes Forzositos de Salamanca got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Ubendu. With a little luck, Forzositos de Salamanca's Gualterio Paublo got control of the ball when Babür Mertoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
