Manuel Loren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zühtü Mirza in the 13th minute of play. Volvio Moreno's João Carlos Porto was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Nasır SK's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Barrionuevo came free, but Ferit Ortan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nasır SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Presebal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Volvio Moreno were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nasır SK for a fine match.
