The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iordanis Kopanakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Resto in the 5th minute. Seahawks V55's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Edgard Macario scored to the left of an out of position Iordanis Kopanakis, making the score, 2-0. When Desiderio Eyague fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Forzositos de Salamanca's protests and gave Desiderio Eyague a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Forzositos de Salamanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Eyague to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Manolis Kalergis sped through Forzositos de Salamanca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gualterio Paublo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manolis Kalergis in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualterio Paublo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Seahawks V55's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manolis Kalergis in the 18th minute. It was a well-played corner which Ntinos Papachronakos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 22 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Iordanis Kopanakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eulalio Ubendu. Seahawks V55's Iordanis Kopanakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Resto in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fernando Resto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iordanis Kopanakis was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Eulalio Ubendu made a precise shot to the right of Iordanis Kopanakis. Seahawks V55's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Iordanis Kopanakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Macario's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. If Edgard Macario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Seahawks V55's Iordanis Kopanakis got control of the ball when Fernando Resto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Macario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iordanis Kopanakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Macario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Forzositos de Salamanca's Fernando Resto got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Thanos Kalfoglou kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to Seahawks V55 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Thanos Kalfoglou hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Fernando Resto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iordanis Kopanakis. Seahawks V55's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Resto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Macario in the 61st minute of play forced Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Iordanis Kopanakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Seahawks V55 defense, Daniel Macias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iordanis Kopanakis. The Seahawks V55 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iordanis Kopanakis should have stopped the shot. Iordanis Kopanakis came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Forzositos de Salamanca's Edgard Macario. But to his dismay, Edgard Macario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. If Ntinos Papachronakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iordanis Kopanakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Macario, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Forzositos de Salamanca's goalkeeper Gualterio Paublo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ntinos Papachronakos. 75 minutes into the match, Eulalio Ubendu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iordanis Kopanakis. Seahawks V55's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Ubendu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. Desiderio Eyague received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Iordanis Kopanakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Macario took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iordanis Kopanakis. Iordanis Kopanakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Ubendu in the 87th minute of play forced Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Iordanis Kopanakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ntinos Papachronakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Edgard Macario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ntinos Papachronakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Paublo having to interfere. Forzositos de Salamanca were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Seahawks V55 for a fine match.
