Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Grzegorz Gdaniec made the kick off which started today's match. Sävedalen's Isaltino Durr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 4th minute of play. Sävedalen's Per Mårtensson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raphael Moore, made in the 13th minute of the game. Isaltino Durr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 22nd minute Grzegorz Gdaniec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaltino Durr saved Sävedalen from getting behind. In the 29th minute, Cassius Byrne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 40th minute. It was a well-played corner which Jacob May managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Grzegorz Gdaniec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Grzegorz Gdaniec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes Sävedalen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. Sävedalen made a substitution. Per-Olof Collin replaced Grzegorz Gdaniec. Sävedalen's Davut İkram was substituted for Eliseu Fernandez. Sävedalen were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tommy Butcher took the corner. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. 80 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Collin came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaltino Durr stood somewhat misplaced when Khalid Parry came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 84 minute. Isaltino Durr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Olof Collin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes Sävedalen got a freekick which was hit by Zlatan Mittman. Jenson Smith recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
