Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Alexis Alexandris sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Walter Giardino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexis Alexandriss short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Marco Day to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 19th minute tHe SOnS of rAGnar were awarded a corner. Giannis Papoutsakis went to the cornerflag to take it. Laurence Snow was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 23 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but José Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. José Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jenson Smith hit a great ball. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Walter Giardino sent off a good shot on target. Alexis Alexandris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Kosmas Salaminiotis was substituted for Grigoris Kornaros. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for tHe SOnS of rAGnar! tHe SOnS of rAGnar:s José Sá showed great skill when he stopped Cassius Byrne:s penalty. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walter Giardino to make the kick off. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Giardino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th play minute Cassius Byrne came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised José Sá. 0-1. In the 58th minute Telis Ntasios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Walter Giardino. But to his dismay, Walter Giardino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Giardino in the 70th minute of play. When tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Walter Giardino in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telis Ntasios in the 74th minute of the match. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's José Sá proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save tHe SOnS of rAGnar from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in tHe SOnS of rAGnar's zone, Edward Mcdonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Sá came out of the goal and Edward Mcdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Khalid Parry in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Sá prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 85th minute. After 87 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laurence Snow who took care of the corner kick. The corner led tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Walter Giardino to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sam Campbell struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. José Sá didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Telis Ntasios, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Sam Campbell recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José Sá. Sam Campbell showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Benjamin Mikolas was substituted for Telis Ntasios. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than tHe SOnS of rAGnar throughout the match.
