In the 14th minute, Lex Academy's Bernardo Novaes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Lex Academy's attentive Genaro Serapio managed to snatch the ball when Xavier Figueroa made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. Jose Manzanedo made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lex Academy's Otmar Schovánek. If Bernardo Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roman Jursa kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Xavier Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lex Academy's Paco Arzola quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Novaes in the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Guillermo Fontirroig hit a great ball. If Bernardo Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Novaes in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Lex Academy's goalkeeper Tomáš Houdek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Tomáš Houdek in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Lex Academy's Tomáš Houdek got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Novaes came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
