Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beat Leutwyler. B68 Toftir's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17thth minute of the game Lázaro Lizbeth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beat Leutwyler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 24th minute. Daniel Zorita scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beat Leutwyler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beat Leutwyler was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Beat Leutwyler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Arkādijs Žurka. Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of the match. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Timmie Nyemanting ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Evstati Katrandzhiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beat Leutwyler made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Felix Asserlindh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save B68 Toftir from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, B68 Toftir's Cristi Floricel got a free kick in the 79th minute. 87 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The B68 Toftir fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
