Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Guillermo Astozas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Witalis Kornaszewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MILAN! In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Szymon Erland. 0-2. Szymon Erland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Witalis Kornaszewski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 1-2 in the 35 minute of play. In the 80th minute Witalis Kornaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Witalis Kornaszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Szymon Erland quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Szymon Erland made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MILAN.
