Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Uriel Cordearo started the match with the kick off. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Cordearo in the 2nd minute of play. In the 7th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dalmacio Pello. Tello AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luz Tejedor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tello AFC's Uriel Cordearo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Eliseo Mina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Nofre in the 35th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Nofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Faustino Unax could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Faouzi Ghoulam made in the 42nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hong Yi Yang. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Nofre in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Tello AFC's Faustino Unax ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 56th minute. Eliseo Mina was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 60 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nofre came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hong Yi Yang in the 61st minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Unax in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Luz Tejedor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Billing in the 70th minute of the match. Tello AFC's Virgilio Van Dijck was substituted for Faustino Unax. Faouzi Ghoulam got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hong Yi Yang. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Pello having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 78th minute of play forced Tello AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Emmanuel Reyes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uriel Cordearo went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Rafael Gallo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dalmacio Pello. That made the score 3-4 in the 90 minute of play. Tello AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Rafael Gallo scored to the left of an out of position Dalmacio Pello, making the score, 3-5. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tello AFC throughout the match.
