Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eiko Kivik got the match started through his kick off. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Roland Vaht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play forced Fc Meremõisa's goalkeeper Roland Vaht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eiko Kivik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25thth minute of the game Eiko Kivik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 27 played minutes Fc Meremõisa got a freekick which was hit by Erni Kasemetsa. After 27 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roland Vaht came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Cenzano in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Fc Meremõisa's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Roland Vaht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Vaht having to make a save. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Fc Meremõisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erni Kasemetsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roland Vaht quite easily take care of the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Fc Meremõisa got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Siim Noorsaar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Talip Öztaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Cenzano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Cristian Sancho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roland Vaht firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 60th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roland Vaht was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eiko Kivik scored 1-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kristjan Helemäe kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Fc Meremõisa's goalkeeper Roland Vaht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roland Vaht quite easily take care of the ball. In the 82nd minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roland Vaht. Roland Vaht yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 91 played minutes Fc Meremõisa got a freekick which was hit by Erni Kasemetsa. The supporters of Fc Meremõisa booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despite being the better team, Ecuador failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
