Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernand De Spiegeleire got free with Thiago Pliego in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gillis Degens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gillis Degens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 13th minute of the match. After 14 minutes KFC Welden's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Chile's Mariano Lacasa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gillis Degens in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Guillermo Fontirroig put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gillis Degens. The throw-in from Frederik Van Beringhen in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chile's Jose Manzanedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 25th minute of play forced KFC Welden's goalkeeper Gillis Degens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KFC Welden's Gillis Degens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 27th minute of play. Gillis Degens came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 33rd minute of the match Chile got a corner. KFC Welden's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Guillermo Fontirroig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wouter Gijselinckx in the 35th minute of the match. Jose Van Eyken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Gillis Degens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The KFC Welden players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 0-2.

With a little luck, KFC Welden's Gillis Degens got control of the ball when Guillermo Fontirroig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Guillermo Fontirroig heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wouter Gijselinckx in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. In the 64th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gillis Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gillis Degens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Kristen Spoelberghe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Casaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gillis Degens having to interfere. KFC Welden made a substitution. Henri-Xavier Van den Dries replaced Wouter Gijselinckx. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristen Spoelberghe in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristen Spoelberghe in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Alan Tamayo hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC Welden's goalkeeper Gillis Degens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gillis Degens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jose Van Eyken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Chile could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KFC Welden throughout the match.
