An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play forced Türkgücü Hanau's goalkeeper Ivica Hunds to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivica Hunds made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 30th minute of play. Ivica Hunds showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 45th minute of the match. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 51st minute of play forced Türkgücü Hanau's goalkeeper Ivica Hunds to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ivica Hunds was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Türkgücü Hanau's Serge Heisters broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivica Hunds came out and tried to block the shot, but Abraham Alguacil slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 63rd minute. Ivica Hunds showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Ivica Hunds. Türkgücü Hanau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Türkgücü Hanau fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
