Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. After 10 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. MS Rybnik's Waclaw Galagan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tytus Karanewski hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Waclaw Galagan made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Waclaw Galagan made a huge save. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waclaw Galagan having to interfere. Arkadiusz Sowa hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Gwidon Pracki hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The supporters of MS Rybnik booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waclaw Galagan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 77th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Waclaw Galagan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
