Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Pardo started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Dinamo Colorado's Inácio Marquez. Inácio Marquez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Pardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Inácio Marquez. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Paz in the 17th minute of play. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Paz in the 18th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Hector Covarrubias. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Dinamo Colorado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dinamo Colorado's Inácio Marquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Dinamo Colorado from getting a goal against them. With his leg Inácio Marquez managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamo Colorado's Andres D'Alessandro. But to his dismay, Andres D'Alessandro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Natã Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Dinamo Colorado booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Pardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Andres D'Alessandro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andres D'Alessandro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andres D'Alessandro to make the kick off. 52 minutes in the game, Ruben Paz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, Dinamo Colorado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Pontes to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Covarrubias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inácio Marquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres D'Alessandro got free with Jacobo Nores in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Dinamo Colorado getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bolívar Colorado hit a great ball. Paraguay's Jaime Pardo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dinamo Colorado's Agnaldo Mazza was substituted for Augusto Alvarenga. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Andres D'Alessandro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafa Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Iker Tafalla got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Tarcisio Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo Colorado's supporters rose to their feet, but Tarcisio Mesquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the game, Bolívar Colorado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dinamo Colorado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. Bolívar Colorado kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Bolívar Colorado hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Dinamo Colorado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Andres D'Alessandro sent off a good shot on target. After 92 played minutes Dinamo Colorado got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Teixeira. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Paraguay players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
