Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pane Boze kicked off to start the match. Kaapo Velikiy made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pane Boze in the 7th minute of play. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Kaapo Velikiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, JuSi Malacky's Kaapo Velikiy got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Cassius Byrne could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Kaapo Velikiy however easily saved by the left post. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led JuSi Malacky's Ant Man to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Shearer, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Ant Man came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pane Boze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JuSi Malacky made a substitution. Dušan Chmelík replaced Buba Huba. In the 64th minute Alan Shearer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JuSi Malacky's Rafa Furman was substituted for Pane Boze. 75 minutes into the match, JuSi Malacky's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Kaapo Velikiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Kaapo Velikiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After some careless play in the USA defense, Rafa Furman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Day. The USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Day should have stopped the shot.
