Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sergiu Corcoveanu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Radu Chihaia made in the 5th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marian Covrig. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilian Pora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's Emilian Pora tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustin Jităreanu in the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Emilian Lera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Iustin Jităreanu. Emilian Pora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Lera in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Emilian Lera put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Emilian Lera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilian Lera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Esteban Carvallo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Corcoveanu in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihai Doicaru to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iustin Jităreanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 53 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sergiu Corcoveanu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's Sergiu Corcoveanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 55 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Carvallo. Emilian Pora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Iustin Jităreanu sent off a good shot on target. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Iustin Jităreanu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-2 in the 71 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Jităreanu got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Sergiu Corcoveanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Sergiu Corcoveanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilian Lera hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Sergiu Corcoveanu sent off a good shot on target. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Jităreanu came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Honduras had controlled the match.
