Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carles Pujol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Carles Pujol came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Miltos Makris notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carles Pujol in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Mexico's Joel Gaona ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Menios Chloros. Menios Chloros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Carles Pujol scored 3-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Mancebo to maneuver through the defense.
