Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rogelio Herrasti kicked off to start the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 4 minutes into the match, Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Fabricio Lawrence had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 6th minute Rogelio Herrasti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Herrasti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristo Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute Zakariás Lányi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleto Truylos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Roman Salvatore missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 31 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jonathan Ferrant right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Herrasti in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 43rdth minute of the game Rogelio Herrasti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Herrasti, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half Los Irrompibles were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 54 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Roman Salvatore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Roman Salvatore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Lawrence took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabricio Lawrence quite easily take care of the ball. After 72 played minutes Los Irrompibles got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Sabin. Fabricio Lawrence stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 77th match minute, Los Irrompibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Gregory to maneuver through the defense. Los Irrompibles were furious when Ariel Baldovino was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Los Irrompibles! Los Irrompibles:s Fabricio Lawrence showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. Los Irrompibles's Fabricio Lawrence played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute of play. Jacobo Sabin hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. In the 88th minute, Jacobo Sabin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 90 minutes, Zakariás Lányi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Irrompibles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zakariás Lányi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Irrompibles's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
