Loco Buffon came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Loco Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saba Kont in the 17th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loco Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th minute, Gabriel Llera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saba Kont in the 28th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th play minute Saba Kont came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Thiago Pliego. 1-1. Loco Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Chile got a corner. El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mariano Lacasa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's Loco Buffon managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saba Kont in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. If Saba Kont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

If Vitaliy Kinyapin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loco Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Dorel Stănoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Loco Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's Gabriel Llera got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saba Kont in the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Saba Kont had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saba Kont was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's Loco Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 73rd minute of play. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saba Kont in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute Saba Kont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saba Kont recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's Saba Kont sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Loco Buffon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Loco Buffon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 91st minute of play forced El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's goalkeeper Loco Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, Chile failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
