Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vito Leite started the match with the kick off. Tales Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 7th minute of the match Joel Gaona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dagoberto Loureiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 9 minutes Cöpacabana FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. When Lautaro Mancebo got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Mexico. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talha İstanbul in the 15th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talha İstanbul in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dagoberto Loureiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dagoberto Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 29th minute of play forced Cöpacabana FC's goalkeeper Dagoberto Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Talha İstanbul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Cöpacabana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 38th minute of play forced Cöpacabana FC's goalkeeper Dagoberto Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dagoberto Loureiro came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dobromir Brudnicki in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the Cöpacabana FC defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dagoberto Loureiro. The Cöpacabana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dagoberto Loureiro should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Joel Gaona hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes Cöpacabana FC got a freekick which was hit by Huang Jian Feng. After having played for 56 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Leite in the 58th minute of the match. Fabrício Berger hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Cöpacabana FC's Stig-Åke Benet was substituted for Vito Leite. The supporters of Mexico booed when Cöpacabana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dagoberto Loureiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 64th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 67 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Benet in the 69th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Felix Luque. When Diguinho Martins fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cöpacabana FC's protests and gave Diguinho Martins a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Cöpacabana FC got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Martins. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Alberto Tafalla got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Dagoberto Loureiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 90thth minute of the game Luca Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dagoberto Loureiro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 92nd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Leoz to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Benet in the 96th minute of the match.
