Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kyle Davies made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Motta Futebol Clube's Jerônimo Sousa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 6th match minute, Motta Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Dante to maneuver through the defense. Harvey Doyle was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Motta Futebol Clube. João Vítor de Lara stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bruno Barrett. 2-0. In the 14th minute, Troy Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Ceresso in the 15th minute of play. Toninho Ceresso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerônimo Sousa in the 24th minute of play. Jerônimo Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Toninho Ceresso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Bruno Barrett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Rocco Owen fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Rocco Owen a yellow card for diving instead. Motta Futebol Clube's Flavinho Mello was substituted for Válter Sousa. The supporters of Motta Futebol Clube booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toninho Ceresso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Bruno Barrett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Róbson Dante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Jerônimo Sousa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Stanley Wallace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Artur Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Mazinho Pombal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toninho Ceresso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd minute of the match Flavinho Mello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett skillfully saved the ball. Jerônimo Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 55th minute Toninho Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 minutes, Stanley Wallace mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Motta Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stanley Wallace kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Toninho Ceresso scored 3-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Motta Futebol Clube's Toninho Ceresso. But to his dismay, Toninho Ceresso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toninho Ceresso in the 69th minute of the match. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Motta Futebol Clube's Edvaldo dos Santos. But to his dismay, Edvaldo dos Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Kaká Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavinho Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Jerônimo Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motta Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerônimo Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerônimo Sousa went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Ceresso in the 90th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbson Dante struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Motta Futebol Clube. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Ceresso in the 95th minute of play. Motta Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
