Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Canada's Koby Wright started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Joinville City - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Mbaka N'Diaye hit a great ball. After 4 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Gaucho. If Geovanildo Luis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Tomás Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap got control of the ball when Luka Harris tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rohan Watson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Haji Sarap didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canada. A throw-in in the 20th minute of the game was made by Richard Mccarthy with Carter George as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Carter George could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Haji Sarap made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Dixon got free with Haji Sarap in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haji Sarap made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Rohan Watson sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes in the game Richard Mccarthy did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rohan Watson. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 34th minute of play. Haji Sarap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rohan Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Mbaka N'Diaye got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haji Sarap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes, Richard Mccarthy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canada and the Joinville City - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Richard Mccarthy kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geovanildo Luis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Geovanildo Luis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jax Williamson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 53rd minute of play forced Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Haji Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haji Sarap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Dixon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Canada's Koby Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haji Sarap made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Adhemar Santos was substituted for Geovanildo Luis. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Horácio Abraão was substituted for Bernardino Llorenc. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adhemar Santos in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Theo Burton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Haji Sarap was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 73 minutes into the match, Luka Harris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haji Sarap. Joinville City - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luka Harris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After having played for 76 minutes, Adhemar Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adhemar Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Santos in the 78th minute of the match. Jax Williamson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adhemar Santos's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Filip Edwards sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haji Sarap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prince Anderson in the 89th minute of play. Filip Edwards blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haji Sarap having to make a save. Horácio Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jax Williamson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Canada's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
