Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. Bran Allison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Cactos's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Bran Allison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Cengizhan Baycan came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 25th minute of play. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 29th minute of the match. Bran Allison came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Monty Rogers. But to his dismay, Monty Rogers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Cengizhan Baycan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Allison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, USA's Cassius Byrne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bran Allison made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Cengizhan Baycan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half USA were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cengizhan Baycan made the kick off in the second half. Cactos's Dorival de Carvalho was substituted for Maurinho Trezeguet. Cactos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dorival de Carvalho in the 61st minute. After taking down the ball on Cactos's corner Dorival de Carvalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Day quite easily take care of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Cactos's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Bran Allison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bran Allison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 65th minute. If Conrado Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Dorival de Carvalho came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bran Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bran Allison, 1-5. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. After a defensive mix-up in Cactos's zone, Khalid Parry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bran Allison came out of the goal and Khalid Parry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bran Allison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute of the match, Zach Harrison got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bran Allison was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Bagge in the 87th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Cactos's Dorival de Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Luisinho Maciel notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of USA's Marco Day. Marco Day was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. USA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
