Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fausto Pinti got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Grant Irø fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Julio Vera, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Elia Pietrantoni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Damiano Battisti came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Pietrantoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Eurospeed Asti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montenegro managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After having played for 30 minutes, Fausto Pinti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eurospeed Asti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Pinti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ettore Masciarelli kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Julio Vera didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. In the 42nd minute, Grant Irø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amedeo Moriggi hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Eurospeed Asti's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti did a great save. In the 54th minute Fausto Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damiano Battisti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Eurospeed Asti's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damiano Battisti came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Grant Irø kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Pinti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Ettore Masciarelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damiano Battisti, 2-2. When Amedeo Moriggi came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Eurospeed Asti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amedeo Moriggi couldn't finish the play. If Elia Pietrantoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 96 played minutes Eurospeed Asti got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Pinti. Eurospeed Asti succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
