The Cirquelo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Castillo Sirguero should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonio Corullon in the 18th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Monta made a kick off. Tonio Corullon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Tonio Corullon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Redondas kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cirquelo FC.
