Jesús Incendio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute. Julian Murillo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jesús Incendio came out and tried to block the shot, but Julian Murillo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Aleksander Jazwiec made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the match, Vestegnens Betonhelte's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Jesús Incendio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesús Incendio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 19th minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Aleksander Jazwiec in the 20 minute of the game. In the 25th minute Rubens da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Peru booed when Vestegnens Betonhelte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstantin Fjallstein didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesús Incendio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 42nd minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off.
