Mosbius Designs's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Mark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Herena having to interfere. Nunez Jaume kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Nunez Jaume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Apolo Herena made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Baldomero Mark. 31 minutes into the match, Nunez Jaume notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Hipolito Herena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmundo Espiga scored 2-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Herena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nunez Jaume to make the kick off. Mosbius Designs's Hipolito Herena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 61st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ivan Navarro in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mosbius Designs's Natalio Ederono. A collision led to Mosbius Designs getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Arturo Gau hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hipolito Herena came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Honduras reached it. Ubaldo Moise made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Baldomero Mark. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Natalio Ederono hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Edmundo Espiga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hipolito Herena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Honduras failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
