Batuğ Resai showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Batuğ Resai notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Buritama Sports's Edmundo de Toledo. Edmundo de Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute Paulino Maldini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Buritama Sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Batuğ Resai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Jonathan Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ove Gustavsson in the 93rd minute of the match. Jonathan Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Félix in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Buritama Sports players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yaman Academy®.
