Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Saúl Gentiletti started the match with the kick off. Edgar Brenner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saúl Gentiletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, AIF's Edgar Brenner got control of the ball when Saúl Gentiletti tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Brenner was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20 minutes, Bror Skoog made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Žalia Giria's Vilmantas Matulas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Saúl Gentiletti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Brenner came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti. But to his dismay, Saúl Gentiletti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Vilmantas Matulas came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by AIF's Stefan Collin. But to his dismay, Stefan Collin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Saúl Gentiletti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Brenner having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 57th minute, Bror Skoog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to AIF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Henning Strandberg hit a great ball. Avram Lupoaia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Brenner. AIF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Saúl Gentiletti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, FC Žalia Giria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Grealish to maneuver through the defense. Saúl Gentiletti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Žalia Giria made a substitution. Algitas Kimbartas replaced Dovydas Varnas. 71 minutes into the match, Augustinas Baltramaitis notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of AIF's Edgar Brenner. Edgar Brenner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74th minute Augustinas Baltramaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Brenner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustinas Baltramaitis in the 75th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Edgar Brenner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Collin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Vilmantas Matulas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jack Grealish kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Augustinas Baltramaitis made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Brenner. AIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. In the 87th minute, Jack Grealish ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Brenner was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henning Strandberg during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes AIF got a freekick which was hit by Henning Strandberg. Jack Grealish scored 7-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Brenner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Žalia Giria walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
