Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Rayland FC's Roger Bannister ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roque Narvaja. Roque Narvaja yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roger Bannister got free with Roque Narvaja in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Ray Peña in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Mandiyu's Ignacio Lopez. If Roberto Cherro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Basajaun Lecuona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Cherro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Deportivo Mandiyu's Roberto Cherro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basajaun Lecuona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 24th minute Roberto Cherro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basajaun Lecuona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Bannister in the 26th minute of play forced Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Roque Narvaja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rayland FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roger Bannister in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Roger Bannister got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roque Narvaja quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rayland FC's Basajaun Lecuona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Cherro in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Ambrosio Marchamalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Roberto Cherro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Mandiyu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 36 minutes into the game, Roberto Cherro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Basajaun Lecuona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, Roberto Cherro notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Rayland FC's Basajaun Lecuona. Basajaun Lecuona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Primo Peramatos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Roque Narvaja to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Endrick de Souza struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Roque Narvaja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayland FC. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

In the 52nd minute Primo Peramato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Narvaja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basajaun Lecuona was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abelardo Magallanes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 55 minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Ray Peña in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Mandiyu's Ignacio Lopez. When Roberto Cherro came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Deportivo Mandiyu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Cherro couldn't finish the play. Rayland FC's Basajaun Lecuona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Rayland FC from getting a goal against them. If Ignacio Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo Magallanes kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mandiyu's Eliseo Bilintx got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The Deportivo Mandiyu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Deportivo Mandiyu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
