The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Mosbius Designs's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Hipolito Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Mark in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute Nunez Jaume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Honduras players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mosbius Designs were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nunez Jaume was the one to do the kick off. Honduras were furious when Esteban Carvallo was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 54 minutes into the game, one of Honduras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
