Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Pawel Wodaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Daniel Zorita sped through PatiCarRent's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pawel Wodaszak. PatiCarRent's Pawel Wodaszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Krzysztof Nakonieczny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 38thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PatiCarRent's Pawel Wodaszak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the PatiCarRent defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pawel Wodaszak. The PatiCarRent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pawel Wodaszak should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pawel Wodaszak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Andino in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pawel Wodaszak was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in PatiCarRent's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pawel Wodaszak came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after PatiCarRent's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Szarmach in the 61st minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, PatiCarRent's goalkeeper Pawel Wodaszak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PatiCarRent's Pawel Wodaszak did a great save. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 72 minutes into the match, PatiCarRent's goalkeeper Pawel Wodaszak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Pawel Wodaszak in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Pawel Wodaszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 88th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Sokol in the 89th minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Wodaszak having to interfere. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
