Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) When Gaskon Gimeno got free in front of the goal in the 11th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Dante Lacasa was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Facundo Cadaval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Naldo Roig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Picanya FC got a freekick which was hit by Kiko Verdaguer. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaskon Gimeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Gaskon Gimeno scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Gregory Bermejo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Gregory Bermejo in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mexico's Luca Zorita. In the 44th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Roig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Naldo Roig successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaskon Gimeno in the 58th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Roig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaskon Gimeno in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 63rd minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Naldo Roig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregory Bermejo in the 74th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th match minute, Picanya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldovino Saura to maneuver through the defense. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naldo Roig came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Naldo Roig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 90th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Reina in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
