Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Tingara FC - DMZ were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Ramos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Kjell-Arne Sandström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 6th minute, Jorge Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André de Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of the match. When José Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tingara FC - DMZ's protests and gave José Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, José Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 14th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luis Andino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this André de Sousa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tingara FC - DMZ's André de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. Carlos Eduardo Pernambucanos short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Pernambucano in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and André de Sousa quite easily take care of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Tingara FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but André de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tingara FC - DMZ's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tingara FC - DMZ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 36 played minutes Tingara FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Lorenz Palacio. Tingara FC - DMZ's Carlos Eduardo Pernambucano got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karim Kristmar kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. André de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Dias in the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tingara FC - DMZ's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André de Sousa came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Eduardo Pernambucano made a kick off. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but André de Sousa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. José Ramos, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, Tingara FC - DMZ's André de Sousa got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Carlos Eduardo Pernambucano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André de Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute of the match. Tingara FC - DMZ's André de Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Tingara FC - DMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tingara FC - DMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Tingara FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Carlos Eduardo Pernambucano hit a great ball. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tingara FC - DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Cristian Sancho in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of André de Sousa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Tingara FC - DMZ's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André de Sousa came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Pernambucano in the 94th minute of the match. After 96 minutes, Frederic Humbelets mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tingara FC - DMZ and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tingara FC - DMZ's Frederic Humbelets got a free kick in the 96th minute.
