The Leproso Juniors fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Leproso Juniors's Dominik Piechocki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 22 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Piechocki came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Leproso Juniors's Dominik Piechocki in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Dominik Piechocki came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Leproso Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Piechocki couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Ortzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dominik Piechocki took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Leproso Juniors's Berker Rıza Uruk. But to his dismay, Berker Rıza Uruk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Leproso Juniors's Dominik Piechocki in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. 43 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Seme came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Ortzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Dominik Piechocki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Leproso Juniors were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Piechocki in the 55th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Costa was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Ortzi having to make a save. In the 74th minute Berker Rıza Uruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominik Piechocki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Tomas Illescas's late challenge caught a Leproso Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Illescas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Leproso Juniors booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Piechocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Correa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ernesto Ortzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Piechocki in the 90th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmar Amato's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jonathan Ferrant had great luck who in the 95thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dominik Piechocki from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.
