Bruno Lenzi started the match with the kick off. A collision led to ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Lütfullah Arıhan hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Federico Vani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 8th minute of play forced ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's goalkeeper Angelo Bertoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Lenzi in the 11th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Leonardo Penha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Di Tommaso in the 15th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luisito Jerano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Penha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Villa during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Bruno Lenzi made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Christian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ got a freekick which was hit by Denis Gergori. Lütfullah Arıhan kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Bertoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Bruno Lenzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Angelo Bertoni came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Leonardo Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes in the game Diguinho Pitta did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Federico Vani. In the 53rd minute of the game Diguinho Pitta made a throw-in which Federico Vani played forward. 57 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Lenzi came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Federico Vani took the corner. The corner led ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Federico Vani to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. Lütfullah Arıhan got a throw-in 64 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Federico Vani. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Di Tommaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Penha in the 72nd minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Leonardo Penha made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute of the game Diguinho Pitta made a throw-in which Davide Di Tommaso played forward. 83 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Jerano came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Angelo Bertoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Moises Tafalla threw the ball into play from the sideline. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Denis Gergori quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Lenzi's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Lenzi in the 94th minute of play. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
