Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tristan Sama made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Douglas Koch managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Trapito's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Koch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huib Haar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Huib Haar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Diogo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huib Haar in the 11th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. CA Trapito's Tristan Sama got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of CA Trapito booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Huib Haar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Koch in the 26th minute of the match. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Douglas Koch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Douglas Koch made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tristan Sama in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Tristan Sama could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. In the 39th minute CA Trapito were awarded a corner. Nejat Alp Köker went to the cornerflag to take it. Efrain Moruga tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Benito Sanz. An unnecessary self made goal, 5-0 in the 39th minute. Nejat Alp Köker missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 44 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Benito Sanz right hand side. 45 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Pereira came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Sama in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Diogo Pereira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the game, CA Trapito's Huib Haar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristan Sama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62nd play minutes Tristan Sama shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Huib Haar, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Huib Haar took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 71st minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Maldini in the 74th minute of play. CA Trapito made a substitution. Roberto Astudillo replaced Douglas Koch. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nejat Alp Köker was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Trapito's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Bento Raposo got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 11-0. 77 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nejat Alp Köker was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Trapito's players had a chance to rest. In the 85th minute, Huib Haar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Trapito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Roberto Astudillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CA Trapito fully deserved thier win.
