Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mon Postigo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tomás Lucila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mon Postigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damazy Boruta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xavies Berrez came out and tried to block the shot, but Damazy Boruta slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. In the 9th minute Teodosio Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavies Berrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Universitario's Mon Postigo in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Silver Play 2's goalie prevented a goal. Nereo Precioso made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Damazy Boruta. With 16 minutes on the clock, Carlos Zambrano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Tomás Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mon Postigo in the 24th minute of play. Åke Ugla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Xavies Berrez made a huge save. Xavies Berrez had great luck who in the 36thth minute grab hold of the ball when Åke Ugla from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mon Postigo in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Damazy Boruta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Silver Play 2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0.

Silver Play 2's Carlos Carrio was substituted for Åke Ugla. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodosio Francesco to make the kick off. Papi Saron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tomás Lucila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Universitario made a substitution. Lionel-Andrés Newell replaced Mon Postigo. 68 minutes into the match, Silver Play 2's goalkeeper Tomás Lucila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel-Andrés Newell. After some careless play in the Silver Play 2 defense, Lionel-Andrés Newell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Lucila. The Silver Play 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Lucila should have stopped the shot. Universitario's Euloxu Rojas was substituted for Branislav Vitev. Silver Play 2 made a substitution. Juan Tartalo replaced Cesar Baldovino. The crowd rose to their feet as Lionel-Andrés Newell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomás Lucila. That made the score 2-2 in the 75 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lionel-Andrés Newell got free with Tomás Lucila in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomás Lucila stood somewhat misplaced when Lionel-Andrés Newell came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 81 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Boruta in the 86th minute of play forced Universitario's goalkeeper Xavies Berrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Silver Play 2's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel-Andrés Newell came free, but Tomás Lucila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Universitario had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
