Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mon Postigo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gordon Zamora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Papi Saron in the 5th minute. Gordon Zamora came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Universitario's Papi Saron. But to his dismay, Papi Saron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Delmiro Quintan hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Evelio Arlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Xavies Berrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavies Berrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Gutierrez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 13 in the game by Mon Postigo from a close distance when the talented Gordon Zamora managed to make a qualified save. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's players were relieved. Delmiro Fernandez made in the 16th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Delmiro Quintan. 24 minutes into the match, Mon Postigo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Gordon Zamora. Gordon Zamora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, Universitario's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Fernandez came free, but Xavies Berrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mon Postigo got free with Gordon Zamora in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Ulises Gutierrez made a precise shot to the right of Xavies Berrez. Universitario's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. With a little luck, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Gordon Zamora got control of the ball when Papi Saron tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xavies Berrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacy Falke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Ignacy Falke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xavies Berrez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

52 minutes into the match, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's goal looked a bit too open when Papi Saron came free, but Gordon Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Universitario's goalkeeper Xavies Berrez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Jenaro. In the 55th minute MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN were awarded a corner. Delmiro Quintan went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Delmiro Quintan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xavies Berrez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gordon Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Papi Saron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gordon Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papi Saron in the 65th minute of the match. Gordon Zamora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mon Postigo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN made a substitution. Maximino Arnau replaced Delmiro Fernandez. Universitario's Lionel-Andrés Newell was substituted for Mon Postigo. Universitario's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Zambrano in the 72nd minute. Lionel-Andrés Newell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the game, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Ignacy Falke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xavies Berrez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 84 minutes in the game, Maximino Arnau fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Xavies Berrez having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Universitario:s goal. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Universitario. Carlos Zambrano stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gordon Zamora. 3-3. Xavies Berrez was a little too slow when Ignacy Falke got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 3-4. The MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
