The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Frasco got free with Maximino Merexildo in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Enrique Frasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Merexildo. TIBURON F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Frasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Maximino Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Frasco in the 29th minute of the match. If Enrique Frasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maximino Merexildo made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Enrique Frasco sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, TIBURON F.C's Maximino Merexildo got control of the ball when Enrique Frasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Frasco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Paco Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lázaro Colon was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in TIBURON F.C's zone, Pepe Sand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Merexildo came out of the goal and Pepe Sand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's Pepe Sand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Merexildo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
