The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kip William stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 75th minute Felipe Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ask Stamnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ask Stamnes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Boulogne F.C.'s zone, Felipe Saturnin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ask Stamnes came out of the goal and Felipe Saturnin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Felipe Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Saturnin got free with Ask Stamnes in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes got control of the ball when Felipe Saturnin tried to sneak it across the goal line. La Acade's Stelian Avram quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Baltasar George, made in the 90th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Saturnin in the 91st minute of play forced Boulogne F.C.'s goalkeeper Ask Stamnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
