An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Birila in the 3rd minute of play forced Boulogne F.C.'s goalkeeper Ask Stamnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Boulogne F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Birila came free, but Ask Stamnes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Birila in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Boulogne F.C.'s zone, Zosimo Vadillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ask Stamnes came out of the goal and Zosimo Vadillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Zosimo Vadillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ask Stamnes. Boulogne F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zosimo Vadillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 13thth minute of the game Sergio Jerano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustavo Birila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Birila in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ask Stamnes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 minutes, Gustavo Birila made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Papillon AC's Jean Van Damme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Trentini in the 27th minute of play. Ask Stamnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Birila, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Papillon AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Birila in the 30th minute. It was a well-played corner which Medero Medina managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Birila in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ask Stamnes saved Boulogne F.C. from getting behind. Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Birila in the 34th minute of play. Ask Stamnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zosimo Vadillo in the 35th minute of the match. Papillon AC's Jean Van Damme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Nicholas in the 36th minute of play. Papillon AC's Gustavo Birila was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ask Stamnes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ask Stamnes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Birila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Birila to strike the kick off in the second half. Ask Stamnes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Birila's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Gustavo Birila struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ask Stamnes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papillon AC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Birila got free with Ask Stamnes in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute Papillon AC were awarded a corner. Gustavo Birila went to the cornerflag to take it. Gustavo Birila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Ask Stamnes made a huge save. Papillon AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Birila in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Boulogne F.C.'s Gogo Nicholas got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Donato Trentini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jean Van Damme was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Bai Bang Xiong hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
