Baltasar George lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Baraja Española FC a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mauro Laspada, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Boulogne F.C.'s Ask Stamnes. 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Martins was the one to do the kick off.
