Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tibalt Tanasio during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sandalio Domingo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Firmin Hurones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 10 played minutes ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ got a freekick which was hit by Firmin Hurones. Beltza Galnares kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandalio Domingo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sandalio Domingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltza Galnares didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandalio Domingo was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Sandalio Domingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 30th minute of play. Tibalt Tanasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Nicanor Bajuelo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandalio Domingo came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Firmin Hurones hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Sandalio Domingo. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Tibalt Tanasio made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Luis Andino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sandalio Domingo. The goal made the score 0-4. 54 minutes into the match, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Sandalio Domingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beltza Galnares to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Sandalio Domingo. Sandalio Domingo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 61st minute of play forced ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's goalkeeper Sandalio Domingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandalio Domingo. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandalio Domingo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Sandalio Domingo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Firmin Hurones got a free kick in the 85th minute. Tibalt Tanasio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
